On a recent trip to Charleston, South Carolina my photography partner Steph and I made a quick turn into an abandoned antique shop just outside Edisto. We found so many interesting things there, but the chairs are what really caught my attention. As I wandered I wondered where had these chairs been prior, where did they live, where were their homes? I’ve always like the phrase “if these walls could talk” and now think of a slightly different version.. “if these chairs could talk”… oh, what stories they must have.
